We received a very friendly welcome. The service was really great.The lady who served us was absolutely great.On the one hand we had the schnitzel with fried egg and fried potatoes and some saladand on the other hand,Schnitzel with seasoned meat and gratinated with cheese including fried potatoes and some salad.The food was delicious and more than enough. We're here for another week. We'll definitely come back again.Highly recommended.

Today we were passing through Harzgerode and made a stop at the “Marktklause”.Pleasant and cozy atmosphere, nice service and value for money was great. Can definitely recommend :-)

We were guests at the Marktklause this evening. Without pre-ordering, we immediately got the last available table, which isn't always that easy these days. The restaurant was well attended. We were politely informed of possible longer waiting times. The drinks and food were ordered quickly and the food arrived after a short wait. Both dishes were very tasty and the price/performance ratio was right. Many thanks to the Marktklause team

Just the thing when you're traveling with 2 children, the weather outside is shitty and everyone is really hungry and thirsty. Everyone was very nice and the food was delicious.Thanks to the team.

Very nice, middle-class restaurant with very tasty food. Great value for money. Food came hot and very quickly after ordering. Highly recommended. Half a portion of the dish was made for our children each, with a little surprise.A small minus point: only cash payment.We would go there again and again. Nice next to the town hall.
